The wireless terminal apparatus and a network system

The invention provides a wireless terminal device and network system. The wireless terminal device includes: a power supply device; a wireless apparatus performing wireless communication; a sensor; a calculation device performing processing sensing data measured b the sensor; and a start-up control circuit for controlling the power supply from the power supply device to the wireless apparatus, the sensor and the calculation device, wherein the start-up control circuit starts up the power supply from the power supply device to the wireless apparatus, the sensor and the calculation device, applies the measurement by the sensor, the processing by the calculation device and the transmission of the sensing data which is processed by the wireless apparatus to a base station, the start-up circuit supplies a stable power supply from the power supply device, and cuts off the power supply other than to the start-up control circuit when the wireless apparatus receives a first and a second signals, the base station receives the transmission of the sensoring data and transmits the first signal indicating that the sensing data is received by the base station and the second signal indicating commands aiming at the wireless terminal device.
