Found algorithm functioning surge control compressor dynamic action with a control valve on the discharge line of the gas. Found technique of using gas-dynamic characteristics of the passport of the compressor when calculating the job surge controller. Characteristic equation is approximated by a polynomial so that the mean square error estimate relative to the entire range of compression ratio does not exceed ±1,0%. This provides an estimate of the error in determining the coordinates of the surge, and the corresponding deceleration point safety margin to the required accuracy. Shows the use of the equations of state of real gases to control the compressor, eliminates surging and deceleration modes of gas flow. The system allows you to adjust the surge control with a given safety margin compression ratio reduction to passport suction conditions.
