The present invention discloses a bearing retainer outer arc spectrum diagnostic method on the basis of correlation denoising, and relates to the field of the testing method technology of a bearing. The method comprises the following steps: marking signals collected by two same accelerometers to be a vibration signal 1 and a vibration signal 2; the vibration signal 1 is subjected to analysis on the basis of peak value factors, and the vibration signal 2 is subjected to analysis on the basis of bias indexes; the same resonance band of the two signals is selected after analysis, and the resonance band signals are send into corresponding high Q band-pass filter for processing; and output signals of two filters are subjected to mutual correlation processing, hilbert transform and FFT spectrum analysis through an anti-mixing filter, and fault frequencies are extracted. The bearing retainer outer arc spectrum diagnostic method on the basis of correlation denoising is able to adaptively select an optimal resonance band, improve the signal to noise ratio of signals, reduce the hilbert transform calculation, satisfy the timeliness of fault diagnosis of a bearing, and furthest enhance the accuracy of the bearing retainer outer arc spectrum diagnosis.
