2015
FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopaedics and traumatology. Method comprises performing of dorsal access over the metatarsophalangeal joint of 1.5-2 cm and dissecting a joint capsule. Double-edged straight needle introduced at an acute angle to the plantar surface is used for suturing the planar ligament in direction to the place of its attachment to a metatarsal bone and a fibrous joint capsule, tendons of finger flexors are bypassed and the needle is introduced through the skin on the plantar surface. Then, the end of the needle, emerged on the plantar surface is fixed, and introduced in reverse direction, suturing the above structures in reverse direction by the opposite end of the needle, and the needle is output from the dorsal access, two channels is drilled in dorsal-plantar direction in the base of the proximal phalanx, two ends of a thread from the sutured plantar ligament is inserted via channels of the phalanx, threads are tightened before correction of the proximal phalanx and fixed on the dorsal surface of the proximal phalanx. EFFECT: method preserves intact stabilizing structures of metatarsophalangeal joints, recovers biomechanics of the forefoot. 1 cl, 1 ex
