Super-short-term power prediction clear sky solar radiation method of real-time acquisition technique based on the use of the outer atmosphere tangential relationship between the intensity of the radiation intensity of the radiation plane ground under clear sky and the ground in conjunction with the automatic radiation environmental monitoring real-time data, for future terrestrial 0-4 h solar radiation intensity prediction, the prediction result is input to the photoelectric conversion model of the generated power output of photovoltaic power plants next 0-4 hours as a parameter. Power scheduling may be based on the prediction result, the overall arrangement of a conventional photovoltaic power and coordination, reasonable arrangements grid run way, real-time scheduling adjustment optimization, multiple PV receiving amount, on the other hand reducing the operating costs and the spinning reserve power system, in order to make full use of solar energy resources and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, in order to obtain greater economic and social benefits.
