Multi-phase underground syringe and sidewall reinforcement method

2011
A multi-phase underground syringe and sidewall reinforcement method are provided. An axial through hole (13) is set up in the center of a launch tube (1) of the multi-phase underground syringe, and an ellipsoidal seeker (2) is connected to one end of the launch tube (1). At least two groups of seat holes (14) are set up along the longitudinal direction of the launch tube (1), and each group has at least two seat holes (14) which are radial symmetry arranged with each other. The internal end of each seat hole (14) is connected with the axial through hole (13) and the syringe tube (4) is set up in the seat hole (14) through a base (3). Cartridges (31) are set up between the base (3) and the seat hole (14). Said multi-phase underground syringe has the advantages of simple structure and convenience of operation. By injecting the glue cement to seal the leakage channel of the formation, the cracks can reduced or eliminated through the compression and shear force applied to the rock. It can rapidly and efficiently reinforce the sidewall with good effect and prevent the occurrence of well leakage accident, thus guaranteeing the safety of the underground.
