Method and labeling device of a vascular tree.

The present invention relates to a labeling method of a vascular tree from an image of an organ or group of organs acquired using a medical imaging device. Said method is characterized in that it comprises at least the following steps of: - generating at least one vascular tree model of a particular member including a database of labels corresponding to each branch of the tree models vascular, - determination of a said vascular tree acquired from the organ or organ group from a segmentation of the image previously acquired, - comparison of the vascular tree acquired with the one or more tree models vascular said organ or group of organs, - display of the vascular tree acquired and labels corresponding to the modeled vascular tree having the most similarity with the vascular tree acquired. Another object of the invention relates to a labeling device of a vascular tree controlling a medical imaging device and a computer program for carrying out the method.
