Building the Popular Science and Technology Museum Serving the Quality Education

This article deals with the intension, the different levels and the ways of implementation of quality education as well as the characteristics of popular science museums of our country. It discusses the ways to develop the activities for the formation of fine qualities of the teen-agers and make full use of the science and technology museum, a social education resource in accordance with the requirements of the new period.
