Expression and Significance of Cyclin D1 in Transitional Cell Carcinoma of the Bladder

Objective To investigate expression and significance of the cyclinD1 in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder.Methods Expressions of cyclinD1 was detected in 55 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder by immunohistochemistry.Results Positive rate of cyclinD1 was 69.1%.With the progress of the clinical stage and pathological grades,the positive rate of cyclinD1 decressed.Conclusion There was significant relation between cyclinD1 expression and the biological behavior of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder.
