Studies on Tumor Variability

This paper presents the results of morphological and genetical investigations on H10Z tumor short term tissue cultures, revealing the following peculiarities of the tumor cell population: 1. Heterogenous structure, that is, various cell types with certain morphological and genetical characters. 2. Daily variations of this tumor cell population by consecutively selection of certain cell types subject to alterations of culture medium composition.
