Tree-ring Density Data Acquisition Methods for Climate Analysis and Its Quality Control

According to the meteorological industry standard(QX/T 90-2008) and the experience of using tree-ring density DENDRO 2003 workstation,this paper represent tree-ring density data acquisition methods for climate analysis.The tree-ring density data acquisition is divided into 5 steps:tree-ring sample collection,sample processing,data acquisition,data cross-dating,tree-ring density chronology development.The problems of tree-ring density data acquisition were also discussed.The method was hoped to give reference for further improvement of tree-ring density study of China.
