Détection de défauts par ondelettes sur le signal vidéo

In order to improve the product quality, automatic visual inspection methods are employed. In this paper, we proposed a new fault detection technique on metallic surfaces based on one-dimentional wavelet methods using a linear CCD sensor. Our aim is to develop a common detection algorithm, working in real time, for several faults types by using the video signal.
