The tooling transfer system is characterized in that an LCD is mounted on one side surface of a tooling warehouse, a plurality of tooling storage sites are arranged on the tooling warehouse, indicator lights are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the tooling storage sites, on the front side of the tooling warehouse, a traveling bogie consists of rollers, a base, a lifting device, guide rails, a motor mounting base, a lead screw, a driving motor, a slide carriage, sliders and a mounting base, the rollers are mounted at the bottom of the base, the mounting base is mounted on the base by the lifting device, the guide rails are fixedly mounted at the top of the mounting base, the sliders are mounted on the guide rails, the slide carriage is mounted on the sliders, the driving motor is fixedly mounted on the motor mounting base, the motor mounting base is fixedly mounted on the mounting base, the lead screw is connected with the output shaft of the driving motor, a nut is matched with the lead screw and mounted at the bottom of the slide carriage, the production line consists of a workpiece transmission line and a tooling transmission line, and the workpiece transmission line is positioned above the tooling transmission line.
