A gripping aid system includes a glove and a flexible sleeve. The glove includes a finger such as a finger or thumb, a force sensor which is configured to measure a gripping force which is exerted by an operator wearing the glove to an object, and adjustable finger member rings which are positioned on the finger , A saddle is positioned on the finger. A flexible tendon is laid in a loop at one end to the saddle around. A conduit containing the tendon. A lead anchor that is fixed within a palm of the glove, refers to the line. The cuff comprises pockets containing an actuator assembly which is connected to another end of the tendon and a controller. The controller is in communication with the force sensor and calculates a tensile force in response to the measured gripping force. The controller commands the pulling force from the actuator assembly to tension the string and move the finger.
