Highly efficient OLED lighting for Eco-Solution

Build-up light extraction substrates and high performance all-phosphorescent white OLEDs were investigated. The light extraction substrate was composed with high refractive index layer and texture on a glass substrate. As a result, high efficacy of 114 lm/W and long half-decay lifetime of 100,000 h at 1,000 cd/m 2 device with the emissive area of 1 cm 2 was achieved. We also achieved high performance OLED device with the emissive area of 25cm 2 , whose performance was equivalent with a 1cm 2 -sized device.
