3D reservoir modelling is a well-established method for understanding reservoir behaviours and building asset development strategies. For most of onshore gas fields, its long-term production is constrained by reservoir size, connectivity, well performance, and surface facility capability such as pipeline constraint and gas plant capability if any. All nodes in the production system from subsurface to surface pipeline thus would need to be considered in a comprehensive full field development model.
