Clinical study of classification prevention measures in preventing hematologic diseases.

OBJECTIVE Using Classification of susceptible patients prevention measures,to prevent nosocomial infection of patients with hematologic diseases.METHODS All the study subjects were divided into study and control groups.According to the peripheral blood neutrophil count,the study group were classified into three levels,the highly susceptible(0.5×109/L),the low susceptible(0.5~2.0×109/L) and the general(2×109/L),and they were taken corresponding preventive measures,respectively.The control group was taken conventional nosocomial infection preventive measures.RESULTS Nosocomial infection rate of the study group(15.70%) was significantly lower than that of control group(21.86%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Upper respiratory tract infection rate of the study group(4.34%) was lower than the control group(8.29%),had significant difference(P0.05).CONCLUSIONS Susceptible patients with differrent prevention measures with the advantages of more targeted,timely adjustment,better compliance of prevention is an effective way to prevent the nosocomial infection in patients with hematologic disease.Promoting the preventive consciousness and compliance is also an effective way to prevent NI of patients with hematologic diseases.
