The invention relates to a comprehensive performance testing device for a safety brake. The comprehensive performance testing device comprises a base. A motor is fixedly arranged on the base. One end of the motor is connected with a speed measuring coder. An output high-speed shaft is arranged at the other end of the motor. A high-speed shaft brake disc, a static torque testing device, a plurality of inertia flywheels and a speed reducer are sequentially installed on the high-speed shaft at intervals. An inertia flywheel and a low-speed shaft brake disc are installed on an output low-speed shaft of the speed reducer. A brake which is installed and matched with the low-speed shaft brake disc is arranged on one side of the low-speed shaft brake disc. The brake is installed on a lifting platform. The safety brake is mainly used on large and high-risk cranes. Once a brake fault occurs, serious personal and property losses are possibly caused. At the same time, the requirement on the testing of static braking torque and dynamic braking torque of the brake can be satisfied, the two functions are combined into one whole body, the cost is reduced and the working efficiency is improved.
