Tasmanian HACC Program Client Group Analysis: Final Report: Prepared for Department of Health and Human Services, Tasmania

This is the Interim Report on the Tasmanian HACC program Client Group Analysis being undertaken by the Institute for Social Science Research, University of Queensland. The Interim Report was requested in order to provide DHHS with ‘preliminary data’ and ‘project results to date’ in order to inform policy discussions taking place in early 2015, given that the final report of the project will not be available until April 2015. It was agreed that ISSR would produce a report that would ‘provide sufficient first level information and analysis to inform DHHS planning, and contain a summary of the project results to date and a narrative describing the implications of findings emerging from the project research’. A length of 10-20 pages was suggested, although there was no implication that the report must be restricted to this length.
