Организационная культура как фактор развития инновационного университета

This article provides an analysis of the role of organizational culture in the development of an innovative university. Through the example of N.I.Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod National Research University, it has been demonstrated that the organizational culture of a modern Russian innovative university belongs to the same type as the organizational culture of leading high-tech companies. We have also determined the particular aspects of organizational culture of research and educational departments in the fields of natural sciences, sociology, economics, and liberal arts.
