Результаты остеосинтеза переломов проксимального отдела бедренной кости у пациентов старшей возрастной группы в Хабаровском крае

The proximal part of femur fractures treatment in the group of people over 60 years remains very important despite rapid development of high technologies in orthopedics and traumatology. Methods of osteosynthesis were used often, but they do not always give good results. Consolidation does not occur, joint function is seriously impaired. It is necessary to work out the algorithm of treatment and define indications for primary hip arthroplasty in this group of patient.
