Influencia de la CorIDH en el derecho interno. Comienzo de la vida y reproducción humana asistida en relación con nuestro nuevo Código Civil y Comercial

The article analyzes the influence of the jurisprudence of the Inter - American Court of Human Rights in Argentine law. Particularly, we consider the issue of the beginning of life and assisted reproductive technologies in the Civil and Commercial Code and the influence that the Inter-American Court of Human Rights's sentence "Artavia Murillo et al. Costa Rica" has in this regard.
