RFLP Standardization Report for DR Beta/PstI

The DR beta/PstI system identified 35 fragments on the core cell lines as shown in Table 1 and Figures 1 and 2. Table 1 shows the presence/absence pattern of the standardized fragments in all 72 cell lines, the corresponding molecular weight, as well as the locus assignment and probable associations with DR/DQ antigens. The intensity of bands is indicated by numbers. “1, ” “2,” “3,” means increasing intensity, whereas “8” means faint fragment, and “9” unreadable.
