Active component array substrate

The invention discloses an active component array substrate which comprises the components of a first scanning line, a first data line, a second data line, a first active component, a first pixel electrode, a second active component, a second pixel electrode and a first shielding pattern layer. The first active component comprises the components of a first gate electrode which is electrically connected with the first scanning line, a first semiconductor pattern layer, a first source electrode which is electrically connected with the first data line, and a first drain electrode. The second active component comprises the components of a second gate electrode which is electrically connected with the first scanning line, a second semiconductor pattern layer, a second source electrode which is electrically connected with the second data line, and a second drain electrode. The first shielding pattern layer is overlapped with the first semiconductor pattern layer and the second semiconductor pattern layer. The first shielding pattern layer is overlapped with the first data line and is not overlapped with the first data line.
