Перинатальные нарушения мозгового кровообращения при врожденных энцефалитах

2011
We examined 24 fetusbrains with sings of congenital encephalitis. The high frequencies of perinatal disturbances in brain blood circulation were revealed (subependymal20.8%, intraventricular hemorrhages16.67%). Decreased level of cellularity in the paraventricular zone, number of neurons and glial cells in the thalamus area outside germinalmatrix were found out. The number of cells expressed GFAP increased that indicates higher differentiation of neuroepithelial cells in paraventricular zone and weakening of the carcass of primarily capillary net of the matrix. Enhancement of the proliferative and proapoptotic activities of the cells in paraventricular zone probably is one of the main mechanisms of paraventricular zone disappearance.
