The investigation was directed to propose strategies kaizen for continuous improvement of technological, managerial and operational standards in the factory Toyota company located in Cumana, Sucre State. The study is framed in the form of special, by its innovative value and significant contribution to the Toyota factory, enterprise project to use the Kaizen as a current management system for organizational success. It is a non-experimental research of descriptive character field. The assessment is framed in the descriptive statistics, where was developed based on values, as well as the study population projections, respondents revealed and trends and behavior of opinions issued in relation to the methodologies to diagnose the PDCA/SDCA as a political vehicle for the maintenance and improvement of the standards employed by the Toyota factory cycles application needs.
