Study on the Interactive Mechanism for Land-use Structure Optimization and Industrial Structure Upgrading in Fuzhou Free Trade Zone

Being the platform of the new Reform and Opening Up, the free trade zone will promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure; However, limited area of land and oversized proportion of industrial warehouse land result in disharmonious upgrading between land-use structure and industrial structure. This paper gives a brief introduction to industrial structure and land-use structure in Fuzhou free trade zone, makes an analysis on the relationship between them, builds up the interactive mechanism for industrial structure upgrading and land-use structure optimization, and thus puts forward the optimization path of land-use structure to promote upgrading of industrial structure.
