Zirconium oxide ceramic composite material for continuous casting water gap and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a zirconium oxide ceramic composite material for a continuous casting water gap. The composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in part by weight: 60 to 65 parts of calcined aluminum oxide, 20 to 24 parts of partial calcium oxide stabilized electric smelting zirconium dioxide, 5 to 8 parts of aluminum titanate, 5 to 9 parts of additive and 4 to 6 partsof bonding agent. The invention also provides a method for preparing the zirconium oxide ceramic composite material for the continuous casting water gap. The composite material has the advantages of thermal shock resistance, good erosion resistance and long service life.
