The invention relates to a device for measuring optical fiber type wherein a parameter VARIATION engenders a path difference. SUCH DEVICE ALLOWS THE MEASUREMENT OF SPEED OF ROTATION OR CURRENT AND MAGNETIC FIELD. This device consists of electronic elements effecting TREATMENT NUMERICAL SIGNAL AND OPTIMIZE ITS PERFORMANCE. COMPRISING: an analog-NUMERIC (11), a numerical treatment (12), a filter NUMERICAL feedback loop (13), a register (14) providing a signal parameter function MEASURED, an accumulator (15 ) CONVERTER AND NUMERICAL-analog (16).
