To solve the power capacity shortage problem of e-Mobility, such as Unmanned Surveillance Vehicle, Direct Methanol Fuel Cell and Lithium Ion Battery hybrid power were developed. This paper will focus on the development process of the fuel cell controller. The newly developed fuel cell system consists of three 1kW range stacks, each of which can be operated and be controlled individually. In the initial stages of the system development, the three stacks had separate controllers respectively. The stacks now use a single unified controller, while they can still be operated and controlled individually by algorism derived from object-oriented method.
