Method for separating in individual cells a group of cells in an image of a sample.
2002
Method for separating a cell group contained in an image of a sample into individual cells for a subsequent classification of the sample, wherein the cell group having a plurality of overlapping each other, with the following steps cells: ( a) selecting (S102) a nucleus (ZK1) of a first cell (Z1) to be separated from the group of cells, preparing the core (ZK1) of the first cell (Z1) adjacent to the nucleus (ZK2) cell of a second cell (Z2), overlapping the cell plasma of the first cell (Z1) and the cell plasma of the second cell (Z2) with each other so that a plasma (ZP) common cell is formed; (B) determining (S104) a contraction of the plasma (ZP) between the common cell nucleus (ZK1) of the first cell (Z1) and the nucleus (ZK2) cell of the second cell (Z2); (C) separating plasma (ZP) common cell contraction; (D) determining an area of the plasma (ZP) cell common in the overlapping cell plasma of the first cell (Z1) and the second cell (Z2) is expected; (E) classifying the determined area to associate individual portions of the same with the cell plasma of the first cell (Z1) and / or the cell plasma of the second cell (Z2); and (f) completing the cell plasma of the first cell (Z1) obtained in step (c) based on the classified sections.
