The present invention relates to pyrrolo six-membered heteroaromatic ring derivatives, their preparation and their use in medicine. In particular, the present invention relates to novel pyridine of general formula (I), and six membered heteroaryl ring derivatives, their preparation and pharmaceutical compositions containing the derivatives and their use as therapeutic agents, especially use as JAK inhibitors and immunosuppressants, wherein formula (I) each of the substituents are the same as defined in the specification.
