Warmly bitumen-mixed modifier and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a warmly bitumen-mixed modifier and a preparation method thereof. On the premise of lowering the construction temperature of bitumen, the influence level of the warmly mixed modifier on the original performance of the bitumen can be greatly reduced. According to the technical scheme, the warmly bitumen-mixed modifier comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of amides substances, 10-35 parts of aromatic oil, and 2-5 parts of bitumen bonding agent; the preparation method comprises the following steps of: 1) heating the amides substances to be under liquid state; 2) heating the aromatic oil to be under liquid state or fluid state; 3) mixing the substances obtained in steps 1) and 2), and evenly stirring to obtain a mixture a; 4) adding the bitumen bonding agent into the mixture obtained in step 3), and evenly stirring to obtain a mixture b; and 5) cooling the mixture b obtained in step 4) to be thickened for pelletizing, drying at room temperature, then crushing, screening with a 20-mesh sieve, and taking the screen underflow to obtain the warmly bitumen-mixed modifier.
