LA “CONSTRUCCIÓN” DE LA VIVIENDA EN MÉXICO, UNA CRÍTICA A TRAVÉS DEL PROCESO DE DISEÑO, LA TÉCNICA Y TECNOLOGÍA.

2017
Currently, Mexican cities have a large problem of supply and abandonment of housing, which might sound paradoxical, however, it is a felt reality of the country, which is not particularly recent, since as shown by articles dating from the 2011, in Mexico the abandonment of homes has grown to more than 60%. Be made a brief review of articles and statements themselves that indicate that some of the causes of abandonment of housing are the location and supply of these products in non-optimal areas because they generate more travel to the activities of people, because companies real estate companies offer housing on the outskirts of cities, effectively generating an additional expenditure of time and money with respect to the activities of potential residents. In turn, another of the perspectives related to the abandonment of housing is the inability to be inhabited, being this problem of the homes identified by users as: "dwellings without interest to be inhabited; the beneficiaries have no possibility to pay the credit; the quality of the house is inadequate; it runs a risk due to natural factors and is in an environment of insecurity due to social factors "(Gutierrez, 2016: s / p). That is why the present analysis will focus on social aspects and personal interest with respect to these homes.
