Design of straightener servo controller based on DSP-TMSF2812

At present,most of the servo controllers used in straighteners in China take MCUs as their core processors.Since MCU is slow in operation speed,lacks of the flexibility,and its operation capacity is limited,it is difficult to meet higher requirements and more precise control to equipments.The circuit hardware and software flow for high-accuracy servo controllers taking 32 bit DSP TMSF2812 as a core are designed in this paper.They areapplied to the pressure servo control system of the straightening machine.The experimental simulation results show that the controller has several characteristics:high-accuracy control,satisfactory flexibility and real-time performance.
