CLAIMS 1. A compound characterized by being represented by the formula (1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein X represents CH or N; Y represents O or S; Z represents a C1-10 alkyl group optionally substituted, a C2-10 alkenyl group optionally substituted, a C2-10 alkynyl group optionally substituted, a C3-10 group cycloalkyl optionally substituted, a C6-12 aryl group optionally substituted, a heteroaryl group 5 to 12 members optionally substituted, or a 3- to 12-membered optionally substituted; n is an integer from 0 to 2; R1 represents a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, cyano group, C1-6 alkyl group, C1-4 haloalkyl group, C2-6 alkenyl group, C2-6 alkynyl group, C1-6 alkoxy group or C1-6 alkylthio; R2 represents a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, C1-6 alkyl group, C2-6 alkenyl group or C2-6 alkynyl group, or R2 and R3 together form a ring; R3 represents a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, hydroxyl group, C1-6 alkyl group, C2-6 alkenyl group, C2-6 alkynyl group, carboxyl group, a C1-6 alkoxy group optionally substituted C1-6 alkylthio group, C1-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, C6-12 aryl group, heteroaryl group of 5 to 12 members, or a group represented by the formula (2): or R2 and R3, R3 and R4, or R3, R4 and R5 together form a ring ; R4 represents a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, hydroxyl group, C1-6 alkyl group, C2-6 alkenyl group, C2-6 alkynyl group, carboxyl group, a C1-6 alkoxy group optionally substituted C1-6 alkylthio group, C1-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, C6-12 aryl group, heteroaryl group of 5 to 12 members, or a group represented by the formula (3): or R3 and R4, R4 and R5, or R3, R4 and R5 together form a ring ; R5 represents a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, C1-6 alkyl group, C2-6 alkenyl group or C2-6 alkynyl group; or R4 and R5, or R3, R4, and R5 together form a ring; at least two of R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 are not hydrogen atoms; R6 and R7 may be the same or different and represent a hydrogen atom, a C 1-6 alkyl group optionally substituted, C2-6 alkenyl group or C2-6 alkynyl group, C6-12 aryl group, heteroaryl group of 5 to 12 members or R6 and R7 together form a heterocycle of 3 to 12 members optionally substituted; R8 and R9 may be the same or different and represent a hydrogen atom, a C 1-6 alkyl group optionally substituted C2-6 alkenyl group, C2-6 alkynyl group, C6-12 aryl group, a heterocycle from 3 to 12 members optionally substituted or heteroaryl group of 5 to 12 members, or R8 and R9 together form a heterocycle of 3 to 12 members optionally substituted.
