Assessment of Managerial Performance of Female Principals of Public Sector Colleges

This study aims to assess the administrative performance of female principals in the Public Sector Colleges of Hyderabad, a District, Sindh Province, Pakistan. The researcher made use of questionnaire to assess the perceptions of the teachers and students towards how effective female principals are in their managerial duties at colleges. Findings of the study revealed that the managerial performance of the female principals was effective in areas such as promoting order and discipline and keeping accurate records of all financial matters. Recommendations and conclusion suggested a possible way forward towards further improvement in the managerial performance of female principals in public sector colleges.
