Permanent-magnet synchronous linear motor

2015
A permanent-magnet synchronous linear motor comprises a mover and a plurality of stator guiding rails which are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the mover, wherein a motional orbit of the mover is composed of the plurality of stator guiding rails; two sides of the bottom part of the mover are each provided with three groups of array type permanent magnets in a symmetric mode, each stator guiding rail is of a U-shaped structure, and opening ends of the U-shaped structures of the stator guiding rails on two sides face to each other; and upper and lower positions of the opening end of each U-shaped structure are fixedly provided with traction coils, and the inner side of the bottom part of each U-shaped structure is fixedly provided with a suspension force coil. According to the permanent-magnet synchronous linear motor, the suspension force coils arranged at the inner sides of the bottom parts of the U-shaped structures interact with the array type permanent magnets arranged at the bottom part of the mover to generate tractions and normal attractions which drive the mover to suspend upwards simultaneously; and the normal attractions, generated by the permanent magnets and the suspension force coils on the stator guiding rails which are distributed on two sides of the mover in a symmetric manner, interact with each other so that the mover of a linear motor always moves in the middle of the guiding rails.
