Establishment of a Method for Detection of Vibrio alginolyticus Virulent Strains Based on a New Gene

In this study,a pair of specific primers known as SDRHf and SDRHr were designed based on a new unknown gene in Vibrio alginolyticus virulent strain HN08155.The size of the amplifed product of the oligos was 217 bp.PCR rapid detection kit of Vibrio alginolyticus virulent strains resembled to the genotype of strain HN08155 was established successfully.This kit provided an effective method for detection of the disease caused by V.alginolyticus.
