Functoriality, Locally Noetherian Schemes, Algebraic Spaces and Stacks

In this chapter we reformulate the obtained functoriality for our resolution and apply this to obtain resolution of singularities for (two-dimensional) locally noetherian excellent schemes, algebraic spaces and algebraic stacks.
