Комплексное ультразвуковое трансректальное исследование простаты в контроле эффективности медикаментозной терапии у больных с доброкачественной гиперплазии простаты

This case study based on analysis of medical treatment with dutasteride 0.5mg and tamsulosin 0.4mg daily, in 112 patients with BPH. Therapy was cancelled after 6 months at 18 patients, which were included into the observation group. TRUS of prostate with color dopplerography and sonoelastography was perfomed before scheduled therary, and during the management. We estimated 5 criteria: prostate volume, hyperplasia volume, blood flow rates in capsular and urethral arteries, blood flow rate in hyperplasia nodes, and the density of transition zones. The changes of presented parametres were estimated after 3,6,9 etc months. Significant changes of them has been made for a score. The therapy was cancelled on reaching 4 as amount. The management was prolonged for a 3 months in case, when there was no significant improvement of basic criteria, and the amount was less than 4. Examination repeated to achieve an effect.
