Thermoelectric material, and preparation method therefor and application thereof

Disclosed is a thermoelectric material, characterized by comprising a CsAg 5 Te 3 crystalline material. The thermoelectric material of 700K has an optimum thermoelectric optimal value ZT as high as 1.6, has high stability and can be recycled. Also disclosed is a preparation method for a CsAg 5 Te 3 crystalline material, comprising using Cs, Ag and Te as raw materials, and synthesizing the CsAg 5 Te 3 crystalline material through one step by using a high-temperature solid-state method, so that the high-purity product is obtained while the synthesis time is greatly shortened.
