The control device is used for regulating the opening of the second steam regulating valve and the third steam regulating valve according to an input parameter of the online temperature-humidity detector, so as to control the temperature and the humidity of pre-heated hot air; and the control device is used for regulating the opening of the first steam regulating valve according to an input parameter of the first temperature sensor, so as to control the temperature of hot air in the braised steaming area. According to the cellulose acetate fiber drying machine and the control method thereof, the internal parameters of the drying machine can be accurately and steadily controlled through multi-time multiple negative feedback control; air flow, temperature and humidity can be accurately regulated, so that the moisture of tows is balanced and steady, and solvent evaporation is adequate.
