The multifunctional riot controller comprises a left gun base (1) and a right gun base (2); a firing pin front base (3) and a firing pin back base (4) are arranged at the upper end parts of the gun bases between the left gun base (1) and the right gun base (2); the right end parts of two bullet bodies (12) are butted against the firing pin front base (3); the front and back ends of a jacket (10) are hinged with projectile retreating triggers (14); the projectile retreating triggers (14) are arranged in grooves (13) in the lower surfaces of the bullet bodies (12); electric shock pins are respectively arranged in the two bullet bodies (12); conversion mechanisms are arranged at the middle parts of the gun bases between the left gun base (1) and the right gun base (2); a microswitch (29) is arranged at the top of a power supply (28), and is arranged below a poking rod B (22); and the power supply (28) is connected with a high-pressure generator (11). The multifunctional riot controller has the beneficial effects of realization of quick bullet loading and unloading, realization of continuous emission of the bullet bodies and capability of effectively suppressing terrorists.
