Conductive material and using method thereof

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive environmentally safe conductive paste material. SOLUTION: This paste material 30 is a combination consisting of a polymeric material 36 and Cu particles 32 each of which has a conductive coating 34 such as an Sn coating. By means of application of heat, the coatings 34 of the adjacent particles 32 are melted so as to form a bond. The polymer material 36 has thermoplastic. The material 30 is applied to two conductive surfaces. For example, the material 30 is applied between a pad of a chip and a pad of a substrate, and electric interconnection and adhesion are carried out between these pads.
