The invention provides a measurement system device for constructional engineering, and relates to a ruler for building engineering survey, solving the problems that a traditional ruler easily has an indication error and the operation needs more people. The measurement system device comprises a laser measurement transmitter, a ruler, a power supply, a remote control trolley, a transmitter and a remote controller, wherein the ruler is fixedly arranged on the remote control trolley by a retractable arm; the ruler is provided with scales; a light through hole is formed in one side of each centimeter scale; an LED display screen for marking a number is arranged at the other side of the light through hole; the ruler is internally provided with a plurality of infrared light-sensitive resistors in parallel; the infrared light-sensitive resistors are located below the light through hole; the LED display screen is connected with the infrared light-sensitive resistor at the same horizontal position in parallel. According to the measurement system device, the ruler is provided with the light-sensitive resistors; when a laser light beam is emitted to the light-sensitive resistors, the LED display screen connected with the light-sensitive resistors in series are brightened; survey workers can conveniently see the data and the accuracy is improved; the remote control trolley is arranged below the ruler and the remote control trolley is controlled by the remote controller to move, so that one person can finish measurement and the time and the labor are saved.
