A qualitative exploration of a variety of complexity of movement exercises largely due to the development of motor skills involved. The most blah-favourable preconditions for improvement of the learning process are based on the assimilation of gymnasts locomotor rhythm study exercises. Rhythm reflects the corresponding distribution of the muscular effort of the contractor in time and space, as well as the sequence and intensity of motor actions need to be developed. In many sports competitive movements are predefined maximum possible rate of execution with maximum efforts athlete. A characteristic feature of rhythmic gymnastics is the exercise co-responsibility tempo or rhythm set music. In this regard, in the process of training of gymnasts, starting from the early stages of learning, needs to be taken develop a high level of musical rhythmic abilities to improve the quality of education competitive exercises.
