Formation cleaning of scale in K_2CO_3 heat exchanger

Through the observation of the surface of scale produced in K_2CO_3 production process and analysis of its elements with the help of the low vacuum scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy spectrometer,it is concluded that the formation of the scale is related to the source of the raw material,types of cathode,the temperature in the production process and resins.So the chemical cleaning process for the scale removal is made.
