A new high lycopene cherry tomato cultivar 'Yinghong 1'.

'Yinghong 1'is a new cherry tomato cultivar which was selected from crossing of Holland 'Yingtaohong'×Japan'Baibai'.It has unlimited branches and grows vigorously.The first inflorescence is situated between the eighth and ninth node and each inflorescence bears 30-50 fruits.The single fruit weight is 15-20 g.The fruit is bright red,round,and tastes very well.It has excellent characteristics such as high lycopene content,long-storage.Its yield is 45.0-52.5 t·hm-2.It is high resistant to virus disease and fusarium wilt disease,resistant to root-knot nematode disease,tolerant to bacterial wilt disease.It is suitable for growing in open fields,protected fields in north of China.
