[Neurofibroma and neurofibrosarcoma in Recklinghausen's neurofibromatosis].

: The neurofibromatosis von Recklinghausen is a systemic disease, which can cause various different changes in the body. The case report of a female patient shows all the typical signs of neurofibromatosis von Recklinghausen. These signs are cafe-au-lait spots, congenital tibia pseudarthrosis, abdominal plexiform neurofibromatosis and peripherical neurofibromas with sarcomatous degeneration.
